I'm not particularly well-versed in the world of the Kids Universe, but this entry deserves kudos. I loved the dialogue, pacing, and the origins of the characters fit seamlessly into the flow of the overall story. Simple, effective, and fun. My wife, a 4th-grade teacher, plans to get a couple copies for her school's library. That's about as solid an endorsement as I can give. This book is SO fun and SO cute and is SUCH a great product for kids! A bad-ass chick who can save the world, one guitar chord at a time? Count me in.

I purchased a copy of Rock Star Super Diva as a birthday gift for my friend's daughter. When it arrived in the mail, I couldn't help but give the comic a read myself. The front cover graphic was too enticing! The storyline was so much fun to follow, and as a teenager of the 80's, I enjoyed all the fun references to that era. Not only is this a great read for any young child that enjoys comics, but it is also super fun for those of us who are still young at heart!
Haven't read a comic book since the 70's but after reading this, I'm not only buying 3 more for my neices to read, but had a great many smiles as an adult reading this too. Would be fun to read with your youngster and like many kids movies these days, I found lots of "adult" funnies and puns that made me laugh.
Who wouldn't love any book that has 80 references in it.
