This is, by far, the best book I've ever read about the Holy Spirit. Robert takes scriptures I've known for years and puts them together to show that having an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit is not only necessary, it is the center of our life in Jesus. He gives a picture of the three-in-oneness of God in a way that makes the mystery of the Godhead a little less confusing; yet a mystery it remains. The churches I've been part of tend to teach about Jesus and God the Father much more than the person of the Holy Spirit. We know he's included when we say, "God," but he gets sort shrift in our attention compared to the other two part of the Godhead.Most books I read on spiritual topics fall in one of two categories: The first are filled with theories or theology backed up by scripture. They talk about what "should be." The second combine the theory and theology with "real life" examples of the principles they teach. While such stories are nice to read, I usually close such books and continue on with life as usual.
Robert combines solid scriptural teaching with stories saying, "This is how you do it." I didn't finish this book and think I'd learned some nice ideas and heard great stories. I closed the book and said, "I've got to have this kind of relationship with the Holy Spirit!" And the path to achieve that hunger was no longer out of reach. Yes, it's all there in scripture, but Robert shares real-world experience to show how walking in intimate love with the Holy Spirit works.
I'm reading it again, slower this time, and making notes. And I can feel myself growing closer to the Holy Spirit each day. I'm so grateful Robert took the time to put this teaching down in a book.

The best book I've read on the Holy Spirit! Simple to understand and apply to your life. I couldn't put it down! This should be in every church library and book store.
Robert is an amazing guy who lives what he believes, he walks with Holy Spirit, and he makes encountering and walking with Holy Spirit so simple and practical. Looking forward to reading about what I have seen in person.

One of the best books I have ever read on the Holy Spirit and His gifts. The author does an excellent job explaining the operations of the Spirit using many Bible references and personal experiences. The book creates a longing and hunger to know this third person of the Trinity and invites you to partner with Him in fulfilling the Great Commission. I will buy more copies and hand them out as gifts.
I am a book worm and read a lot of book on the subject, but this stand out as a shining star, it's a must if you want to flow with the Holy Spirit in your daily life. But it is not enough just to read the book, you need to start practicing and spent time with THS as you read. I read the book now for the 4th time and I see more and more every time I read. the subject open up more and more as I go. However, as you read don't forget to read the the Bible too. Could have given the book 7 stars.
